About the Recipe
Nutritious and delicious family breakfast. I used to think making a quiche sounded complicated, but I've simplified it here for you. So easy and doable, as I hope all of my recipes are. Enjoy!
Ingredients
2 pie crusts, store-bought frozen or homemade
8 eggs, beaten
1 cup heavy cream
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of dry mustard
Salt, Pepper, Garlic to season
Variations: 2 cups of broccoli, spinach, bacon, onions, whatever!
1.5 cups cheese (any kind you like, or a combo of multiple!
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine the eggs, cream, spices
Layer veggie of choice and cheese of choice on the bottom of pie crust
Pour egg mixture on top
Bake 40-50 minutes until the eggs are set
